Eligibility

• You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or refund.

• To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

How It Works

• Email: gabriel@purethrivelabs.com with order number and reason.

• We’ll approve or provide return instructions.

• Customer covers return shipping cost except for defective/damaged items.

Refunds

• Issued within 5 business days after we receive the returned items.

• Refunds processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to reflect.

Exchanges

• Not offered at this time. Please return the item and reorder.

Non‑returnable Items

• Opened capsules, gummies, personal care items, and clearance products unless defective.
